I used the Sugar Rush Apple rub on a butterflied, grilled leg of lamb this weekend. It grilled beautifully! It was a hit with my 20 diners. The lamb was served with a savory apricot sauce made with a bit of the rub. Can’t say enough good stuff about this product! I will do it again!Delene V

We have bought several rubs from them and they are always delicious. Last time we saw them at the Farmer's Market in Auburn, we were talking about trying the jerk seasoning, which they didn't have put yet, but she had a sample in her bag that she gave us and oh my goodness it is so good! We mixed it with some bread crumbs and baked our chicken in the air fryer. Oh my goodness we cannot wait to try all of them! Cured, smoked and seared some pork chops. Started by rubbing a cup of Gio's Habanero Hitman and a teaspoon of curing salt (Prague #1) on six thick chops, put em in the fridge for a week, threw em on the smoker, and finished them in a cast iron pan for a sear with a little pat of butter. Whoa. I don't think there is a better chop anywhere. Gio's- Thank you for a great product!!Dan M
