I was a competitive athlete my entire life. The dance experience I have came from throwin this ass in a circle at the clurrrbb  Well… and then lots of hard work over the last 6 years \nI was overweight a large portion of my life growing up. I know what it’s like to be uncomfy in your own skin. I know what it’s like to be uncomfy moving your body in certain ways. \nI lost 45lbs back in 2014\, and fell head over heels in love with fitness/health/wellness. I almost immediately became a trainer\, and helping people find their strongest versions of themselves has become one of the largest passions of my life. \nI have been told throughout my adult life that I can be intimidating. I’ve heard it over and over again that “the first time I met you I was so intimidated but….” — and that has always bummed me out. \nI never want anyone to feel intimidated by me!! It wasn’t until more recently in my life that I realized that had very little to do with me\, and more to do with others own perceptions. \nBut that to be said… I am a LOVER GIRL. I love people so hard. I care so deeply. And I take care of everyone around me. I think I’m actually one of the happiest\, silly-goose\, friendly\, loving persons when you actually take a moment to know me.

Everyone pulls a word or phrase from the can and then uses them to write a poem in 10-15 minutes. This produces some strange and wild stuff and a lot of laughter!!!!

I’ve heard it over and over again that “the first time I met you I was so intimidated but….” — and that has always bummed me out. \nI never want anyone to feel intimidated by me!! It wasn’t until more recently in my life that I realized that had very little to do with me\, and more to do with others own perceptions. \nBut that to be said… I am a LOVER GIRL. I love people so hard. I care so deeply. And I take care of everyone around me. I think I’m actually one of the happiest\, silly-goose\, friendly\, loving persons when you actually take a moment to know me.

Everyone pulls a word or phrase from the can and then uses them to write a poem in 10-15 minutes. This produces some strange and wild stuff and a lot of laughter!!!!
