Can’t you just HEAR that SIZZLE of a beautiful filet mignon in a cast iron pan? We’ll be discussing sourcing of the best quality meats, the perfect temperature for the perfect steak, and you’ll be cooking your own Filet Mignon in class!
You’ll get to enjoy your steak with the following side dishes that will be demonstrated in class:
